Vehicle Transportation Terms and Conditions 

Terms and Acceptance 

· Clients understand and agree that Coopers Transport Agency is a licensed auto transportation broker and not the actual Carrier.

· Clients agree that Coopers Transport Agency will serve as the transportation broker between our client and the carrier assigned. 

· Clients agree that they are the legal owner of the vehicle being transported or that they have been authorized by the legal owner to enter into this agreement for the transportation of the vehicle. 

Assurance of Safety

Coopers Transport Agency assures the safety of the vehicle being transported by the Carrier Company assigned by:

· Inspecting the carrier company’s credentials. 

· Ensuring that the Carrier has the necessary filings and has been approved by the FMCSA to transport and their authority is in an active status. 

· Obtaining a copy of the Carrier’s insurance 

· Verifying insurance and requesting that Coopers Transport Agency be added to the Carrier’s insurance policy as a Certificate Holder for the vehicle to be transported. 

· Obtaining a copy of that document from the Carrier’s insurance. 

· Ensuring that the vehicle undergoes an inspection upon pick-up and delivery. 

· Providing the customer with both copies of these inspections upon the completion of the transport. 

· In the event of damage being caused to the vehicle by the selected Carrier, Coopers Transport Agency will use the Certificate of Insurance to file the necessary claim to have the vehicle restored to its condition as viewed in the pick-up inspection completed by the Carrier.
